Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

We are currently not shipping to countries outside of the United Kingdom for purchases made on our online shop. If you are outside of the United Kingdom and wish to place an order, please email us at hello@talahomeandliving.co.uk

Standard Delivery £5.30​ (Except Furniture)

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50 (Except Furniture/Floor Lamps)

Express Delivery (Parcel Force 24) £15 (Except Furniture/Floor Lamps)

Furniture/Floor Lamps:  Individually priced.

Orders dispatched within 3 working days with a standard UK delivery time of 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch. 

Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at the time of order and choose an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging 

We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include earrings and made to order furniture/lampshades

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused and in their original packaging 

With the exception of faulty goods Tāla is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods
